This is a perfect time to visit the Outer Banks. No crowded beaches the weather can be great or not so great, Fishing is good from the beach and if you choose to not cook a turkey in your unit, you can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal at one of the OBX's fine restaurants. The price is to cover the maintenance fee. We will pay the closing cost.
