Week 10, Unit S6 Lockout Unit

I have Unit S-6, Week 10, for sale. This is a great second floor lock-out unit. A lock-out unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, but has the advantage of locking off the two units to make them separate if desired. The (A) side is the larger master suite side. The (B) side has its own entry door, a small living area and kitchenette. Some owners lock out the (B) side and rent it separately. The unit is one of two units that I know of, where you can actually see the ocean from the dining room window and deck. I am willing to give it away, and the buyer will pay the transfer fees.
